Start you're Saturday with a gentle stretch, a bit of strength to energize your body and awaken your senses, then cool down with a chill meditation, it’s a gift to treat yourself, bring your partner or a friend to flow with you!
All levels of experience welcome.
Shop Flatbed Farm before or after the yoga & check out the Sonoma Regional Park for a hike.
Mats, blocks and blankets are provided, but feel free to bring your favorite yoga supplies.

Experience a day to remember! Open your mind to the wide blue bay and move your body with the wind and the water!
Join us for another day on the bay! A day designed to strengthen your mind, body, and spirit. We’ll start the morning with a flow yoga with Monika Kaufman. A session overlooking the quaint harbor where we roll out mats overlooking the water, under the morning sun, open sky, salt air filling our senses. No walls, no ceiling, no restrictions.
Catching the Wind: We board a beautiful 40-foot monohull and sail out into the open Bay with hot drinks and warm glows. Take the wheel if you want it, or settle in and let the water do its work. We sail to our secluded cove, where we drop anchor for a chef-prepared seasonal lunch on deck with San Francisco laid out before us. Then we head toward the Golden Gate. The city front stretches before us. Alcatraz looms in the distance. We sail beneath the rust-red towers — framed by the rock cliffs of the Marin Headlands on one side and the edge of the city on the other. Sea birds float on the incoming currents while porpoises surf the bow wave. We sail back on the wind and current to the dock. Stay for wine and charcuterie and let the day soak in. You’ll step off the boat expanded and deeply settled in your body.
