Single Occupancy

$4,849 - Pricing is per person and based on one passenger in a private room.

Guest Waitlist Process:

• Initial Signup: Traveler to join the waitlist via the booking link.

• Invitation to Register: Our customer support team will then invite waitlisted individuals to register and secure their deposit.

• Inventory Check: After registration and mandatory deposit payment, we will check inventory to request the desired room type.

  Please note - you will see a WeTravel notification that says 'New Booking.' This confirms we are doing an inventory check and does not mean that the traveler is officially on the retreat.

• No Deposit, No Inventory Check: It's important to note that we will not check room availability unless a deposit has been made.

• Follow Up Email to Traveler: After paying the deposit, the traveler will receive an email specifying we are doing an inventory check and to not make travel arrangements until we are able to confirm.

• Successful Booking: If the room is available, the booking will proceed as usual.

• Unsuccessful Booking: In the event that a room cannot be secured and no alternative is available, the deposit will be fully refunded.

IMPORTANT: Deposit amount of $500 per person is due no later than May 25th, 2026. If booking after May 25th the deposit is due right away if there are spots available. Join the waitlist and give us a few days to check for availability. If there is your $500 deposit will be confirmed.

A Fit4Travel team member will reach out to you regarding flights and travel insurance once the retreat is confirmed with at least 10 registered travelers. 

Travel - once your Adventure & Wellness retreat is confirmed

Please do not book your flights or make travel arrangements until you receive recommended arrival and departure flight times from us in order to be included in the complimentary group transfer(s). Booking outside of these times will result in the traveler not being part of the one round-trip included group airport transfer. If you have not heard from a member of our team at least 3 months prior to departure, please contact us at your convenience.

Please note: The travel dates reflect the time you will be in the destination. If you are booking flights on your own, please account for any overnight flights that would require you to depart from your home the day (or possibly two days) prior. The gateways in which you should fly into and out of are listed under the "NOTES" section of the "OVERVIEW" tab on your retreat itinerary.

If you fly internationally, we strongly recommend you arrive to Iceland at least one day early to ensure that travel delays and jet lag do not disrupt your retreat. International flights should arrive into and depart from Reykjavik Keflavik Airport

Retreat Date

Arrive before or on October 25th , 2026. There will be one airport transfer at a organized time once the trip is confirmed.

Fly into Reykjavik Keflavik Airport in Iceland.

We recommend that you check flights into Reykjavik Keflavik Airport, most are not direct to Iceland so you may want to come in a night early. Recover from jetlag, allow for any travel delays, and see the beauty of the area.

Weather

The weather in Iceland this October, is a transition month offering a mix of fall colors, fewer tourists, and the start of Northern Lights season. But the weather can be tricky so be ready for 36 to 45 degrees with a chance of rain or snow. Check the 10 day forecast before your travels. The weather changes quickly – prepare for "four seasons in one day"

Money, Cash, Credit Cards

Let your credit card company know you will be traveling. Take money out at ATMs at the airport or on arrival in Iceland has ATMs.

Wifi & Cell Service

Depending on your service provider, cell service is available in Iceland. If desired, contact your service provider to set up an international calling plan ahead of your trip, to avoid large roaming overages. Wifi is available at both hotels, in common areas and rooms. Some cafes in Iceland will have wifi. Please note that we strive to keep our common spaces free for centering, relaxing, and socializing. Consider this an opportunity to let your digital devices go to sleep, so you can wake up!

Power Adaptor

Electrical outlets are standard European two-prong socket, ‘C adapter’. All rooms have hair dryers.

Yoga Mats & Props

Our yoga room is fully stocked with mats. If you are very particular about a certain mat, and you have room in your luggage, we advise bringing only a thin travel mat to lay over the studio mat.

Hotel Amenities

Your room will have an en-suite bath, a hairdryer, a private balcony. Bathrobe, slippers, and pool towels are offered in the room. The hotel offers daily maid service. Laundry is available. You may want to bring your own favorite small shampoo, soap & conditioner, but both hotels have their own special amenities they supply for your daily needs.

Tips & Gratuities

As a courtesy, we strongly encourage tipping your Fit4Travel guide who will be with you from start to finish, local tour guides, and your driver. While it is not mandatory, It is highly recommended. When on your own, please note Iceland does not have a strong tipping culture, so most times it is not expected. When dining, for great service you may want to leave a little extra in a tip jar or for a server. For a server, make sure it is not already added to the bill and leave cash, as some servers may not receive a tip you leave on the credit card. You may also round up to the nearest Euro for a taxi driver or offer a Euro or two to a driver or porter who carried your bags. For exceptional service leaving 5-10% is a nice, optional gesture, similar to European customs where tips aren't a necessity but appreciated for outstanding service

Check your passport validity now!

To travel to Europe you need a passport that is valid for at least 6 months from arrival date.

US travelers may need an ETIAS visa waiver to enter Schengen Zone countries, like Iceland. Plan on an online application for this visa waiver at least 6 months in advance.

We recommend you make 3 copies of your passport: keep one on you during international travel, one in your purse or backpack, and one in your checked luggage.
