Discover Carmel with your Wellness in Mind.
Imagine waking to the sound of waves, practicing yoga on a white-sand beach as the sun rises over the Pacific, then wandering one of California's most beloved villages at your own pace. This is your reset — three days of yoga, breathwork, incredible food, and coastal beauty with a community of like-minded souls.
RETREAT TESTIMONIAL • Carol, Sonoma, CA
“I’m leaving the retreat feeling the happiest and freest I’ve ever felt!”
A Charming Coastal Sanctuary.
Step into Doris Day's beloved Cypress Inn — a landmark tucked in the heart of Carmel-by-the-Sea, just three blocks from one of California's most iconic beaches. Settle into your room, explore the charming courtyard and common spaces, and let the village's unhurried rhythm begin to work its magic the moment you arrive.
Savor the Tastes of Carmel.
Your welcome dinner is a group celebration at Cypress Inn with a hand selected meal of mouth-watering delights. On Day Two, a Locals Guide to Carmel leads you through the village's finest hidden gems, followed by a group dinner at a special location. Be prepared to delight in a farm-to-table cuisine delight. We handle the reservation so all you have to do is show up and enjoy. Wake up to your complimentary breakfast, hot coffee, fresh fruit, hand selected morning bites with sausage, bacon and eggs.

Adventure awaits.
From a locals guide to Carmel, to walking the scenic coastal bluffs, wine tasting at world-class cellars, browsing art galleries along Ocean Ave, and a guided nature walk through the breathtaking Point Lobos State Natural Reserve — every moment off the mat is an invitation to explore. Finish with a closing circle among ancient cypress groves with the sea as your witness.
Breathe. Move. Be still.
Each morning begins gently — tea and coffee at the inn, then a three-block walk to Carmel Beach for sunrise breathwork and journaling as the sky turns gold at 6:47 AM. Morning yoga flows in the open air, guided by Monika and Lisa, are balanced with unstructured afternoons to restore, explore, or simply sit at the edge of the sea. This retreat is designed to give you both the practice and the space to truly exhale.
